Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–15 business days after processing. Some products may take longer, and any available shipping estimate will be displayed at checkout or provided with your order information.
Multiple Packages
Because some products may be fulfilled from different locations, an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is shipped in multiple packages.
Shipping Costs

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
